I'm Keith — founder of The Five Heroes and guide for people navigating what I call The Drift: the phase where you've achieved, evolved, and outgrown your old identity — yet don't yet know where you're going next.
If you've ever felt like life stopped making sense — like the path ahead is unclear even though you're capable — you're not broken. You're in a transition.
And transition isn't something to endure alone.

My Journey Through Achievement, Purpose, and The Drift
Before serving others became my calling, I spent over two decades in high-stakes environments where clarity and leadership weren't optional — they were survival.
I served 20+ years in the military as an AH-64 Apache Pilot, including multiple overseas combat deployments. I've led teams in complex situations, made life-impacting decisions under pressure, and navigated personal and collective transition in real time.
Becoming a military aviator was my dream, ever since watching "Top Gun" when I was a kid. I was asked repeatedly during my service how long I planned to stay in and my response was always "Until it's not fun anymore!" One day, seemingly out of nowhere, that exact thing occurred. I felt like I had achieved everything I set out to but no longer felt fulfilled. I chased more certifications, more training opportunities, gave everything I had to the aviators I trained...but still felt empty.
I had entered The Drift without knowing what it was. I spent the next several years doing anything I could to just feel better — no longer who I used to be but also no clue where I was headed next.
My focus shifted from military leadership, to self development. I emerged myself into the world of growth and after discovering what I had experienced, I knew there were others going through he the same. I now bring the same discipline, honesty, and rigor of my military career into the inner world — where uncertainty isn't external but internal.

My Philosophy and How I Work
I believe that real transformation isn't about:
• Motivation
• Quick fixes
• Temporary comfort
It's about rebuilding self-trust, clarifying identify in this new phase, and making empowered decisions through uncertainty.
To accomplish that, I combine:
• Psychological frameworks
• Leadership discipline
• Embodied clarity work
• Identity-based transformation
Your next chamber does not require abandoning who you were — it requires integrating who you've become.
That integration is self-leadership.

Why The Drift Matters
Too often, people are told:
• "Be patient — clarity will come."
• "Push Harder."
• "Just be grateful."
But none of that addresses the real issue:
The Drift is not stagnation — it's identity in motion
It's the gap between who you were and who you're becoming. And it's exactly where intentional self-leadership matters most!
I help clients understand that:
• Their internal friction has structure
• Their identity shift is real
• The next chapter isn't random — it's discoverable
This self-work names the phase, destroys the self-doubt, and opens the path forward with vision and purpose

Who I Serve
I work with clients who:
• Have achieved meaningful success
• Are at a plateau or pivot point in life
• Have outgrown their old identity
• Seek clarity, confidence, and direction
• Are ready to lead themselves forward
This isn't for:
• Casual exploration
• Surface-level motivation
• Quick fixes or mindset tricks
This is for deep, real, inner work — the kind that builds a life that actually fits who you're becoming!
